1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 15 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To commence a return, you can contact us at contact@tiltcollection.com Please note additional shipping costs may be incurred.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned e.g., gift cards, downloadable products, custom products or “final sale”.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 15 days. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
